Every year I love to encourage students to learn about the amazing world around them. This is an ongoing project I encourage families to participate in ALL year long. All we ask is for families to reach out to ANY family members, aquaintances, or long lost relatives that you may know of who live in or travel to different states/countries. While they are away (or when they return) they can send us a letter or postcard to Apple Creek Elementary (Mrs. BUrke's Class) using the address 173 West Main Street, Apple Creek, Ohio. Our class LOVES getting mail from all over the world, and this a great teaching opportunity as we learn about geography and new places. We love notes that teach us new facts, describe a new place, and encourage us to keep exploring! Thank you in advance for participating in this year-long project!
